Shipping and Return

Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation

Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on your location and chosen shipping method

Shipping Charges: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Our deliveries and shipping policies are outlined above. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order is placed. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping. Please review our policies before making a purchase.

That being said, we will work with our patrons towards a speedy resolution fair to both parties in certain situations as listed below:

Exchange Policy:

  • Damaged Product: If your order arrives damaged
  • Missing Items: If an item is missing from your shipment

To request an exchange, you must:

1. Email us at assistance@culinaryh.com within 24 hours of receiving your order

2. Include the following essential details in your email:

- Order#

- Clear photos of the damaged product

- Clear photo of the invoice

- Clear photo of the Outer box and Package contained in it

- Unboxing Video

- A short description of the issue

 

Note: We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria or if the damage is due to misuse or mishandling.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind       
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer
  • Items reported after 48 hours of delivery

We will be happy to replace the missing/damaged products after reviewing the details shared.

You can expect a response within 24-48 hours and we will work towards a suitable resolution for the issue highlighted.
